Welcome to the home of the largest men’s soccer league in the Twin Cities. The Minnesota Recreational Soccer League (MRSL) has been organizing full-field (11v11), 90-minute matches for hundreds of teams over the past 40+ years.

Each year, around 80-90 teams play 14 games from May until mid-August. At the end of August, the top teams in each of the league’s 6 divisions square off in an end-of-season tournament.

To keep the divisions fresh every year, top teams from each division are promoted to the next division up and bottom teams are relegated to the next division below. The result is an atmosphere that is competitive yet fun and keeps people playing the beautiful game year after year.

Registration for teams entering the league starts around mid-January and closes at the end of February. Please go to the Registration tab for more information on how to register as a team or as an individual. We hope to see you on the pitch soon!

The MRSL is governed by the Minnesota Soccer Association and its rules and regulations. The MRSL is a non-profit organization that has been in existence for over 40 years.
